We cannot accept a blanket exclusion of returns simply because a product is a DIY decoration kit.

• Uninflated balloons and broken balloon pieces can present a choking hazard. Keep them away from young children and dispose of broken pieces immediately.

• Use any candles only where appropriate, never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep flames away from balloons, fabrics and other flammable materials.

Set The Mood Balloons is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow supplied safety instructions or use contrary to product warnings, to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
